Seven-day trial starts on first launch. Choose Standard or Pro in the app.
- Open the downloaded DMG and drag ShogunAI into Applications.
- Open ShogunAI and finish the privacy and Accessibility setup.
- Open the notch to search local memory. Configure optional connections and agent credentials in Settings.
Updates arrive in the app: open Settings, check for updates, and the new build installs when you say so. Your local memory stays in Application Support.

Gmail requires signing in with your Google account and granting access in Google’s consent screen. Calendar is coming soon. Live meeting captions require your speech-provider key. Agent runs require a supported local CLI or your API key.
